Returns and Exchanges?

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase from CHLOÉ SCARLETT, but in the unfortunate event that you change your mind, we can offer you an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned in unworn and unused condition within a 14-day period.

What are the return conditions?

Our return policy ensures that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Items must be returned unworn and suitable for resale to us with the tags still attached.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.


Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! You can exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date.


For items purchased during the sale, CHLOÉ SCARLETT does not offer the option to return them for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for other items or store credit.

Exchanging or returning is done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

  1. Send us an email at

With the following information:

*order number

*which pieces you are returning or exchanging

*(+ which replacement you want of course!).

We will send you our return form.

  1. Fill in the return form. Clearly indicate which items you want to return and whether you want to exchange your items or get your money back.

  2. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving your package.

  3. After we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Our return department will keep you informed by email.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

*We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund amount for loss of value if the product and/or packaging is used or damaged. Labels cannot be removed from the original product.

Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing returns, restocking inventory, and any potential depreciation of the returned items.
