Processing Time for Delivery.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). No orders are shipped or delivered on holidays.

Monday through Friday, all orders placed before 00:00 (GMT+1:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day or the next day. If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Times.
Deliveries occur within 2-14 business days (Monday-Friday).

Delivery times may vary depending on the ordered goods. Time also depends on the accuracy of the invoice and delivery information.

Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the delivery with your tracking numbers. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
